GV II

House; mid C19; roughcast render, brick plinth, tiled roof. Two
windows wide, 2 storeys high, upper with coombed ceilings. To
street, 2 canted oriel windows to ground floor, hipped sheet-metal
roof: left bay bracket below, 16-pane window main face, right sash
windows, no bracket below. First floor two 16-pane sashes,
extending up above eaves, exposed timber framing in gablet,
scalloped bargeboards with toothing over: open eaves between.
Brick chimney on left gable. Included principally for group value.
