House: early C19; Flemish-bond brickwork, set back rendered gable
to No 45 (q.v.), tiled roof. Two windows wide, 3 storeys. Single
stone step to 6 panel front door, fielded upper, bottom 2 flush.
Single pane rectangular fanlight: panelled reveals. Fluted Tuscan
pilasters, plain frieze to each side fanlight, flat head with
moulding. To right tripartite sash window, rubbed brick arch over.
Beyond, slightly recessed outline of dummy doorway. First floor;
sash windows, stepped stone voussoirs, slightly projecting
keystone: wrought iron window boxes. Second floor sash: single
pane high, lintels as first floor. Moulded timber eaves.
