2nd quarter of C19. 3 storeys and basement, 2 windows. Stucco, with frieze,
cornice and blocking course concealing roof. Plain reveals to recessed sash
windows with glazing bars. Console bracketed cornice to ground floor window.
3 steps to door of 6 beaded panels, with cornice head and patterned semicircular
fanlight, in round arched recess. Cast iron handrail. Wrought iron area railings
with alternating long and short spearhead standards.
