Early-mid C19 pair, each 2 storeys and basement, 2 windows. Stock brick. Narrower
central bays recessed. Fairly low pitched slated roof with eaves soffit. Outer
bays have angle pilasters with stuccoed capitals supporting brick frieze. Banded
stucco basement. Moulded architraves to sash windows with glazing bars: on ground
floor with console bracketed cornice and projecting cill (No 26 also has balustraded
balcony). 4-panel doors (one reproduction) paired in entablature up 9 steps with
pierced side walls. Group value.

Nos 23 to 30 (consec) form a group.
