Pair of early C18 houses. Brown brick. 3 storeys. 1 dormer, tile roof.
3:2 double-hung sashes in surrounds with flat arches. Doorhoods on brackets,
4 fielded 2 flush panel doors. Brick bands at floor levels and below parapet.
Red tile roofs. Lingard House projects slightly, has 1 dormer, door has
good tranceried fanlight. Thames View has 1st floor central French window
and good wrought iron balconettes. RCHM. NMR.
