C18. 2 storeys. Mansard roof. 3 windows, moulded architraves. 1 blocked,
2 sash windows to ground floor with 2 doors with rectangular fans set side
by side in centre of wood architrave. 2 dormers. Front elevation stucco
rendered with stucco string course at 1st floor level. Stucco band below
parapet. Plinth. Scrappers.
