Mid C19 villa of three storeys and basement, three windows. Stock brick sides,
greyish brick front. Moderately low pitched hipped slated roof with end chimneys
and an eaves soffit with large dentils above stuccoed frieze. Banded stuccoed
ground floor with rusticated quoins. Sash windows with glazing bars in moulded
architraves; cornices and bracketed cills on first floor. Seven steps to projecting
porch with round central and side arches, the latter in recesses whose key blocks
support cornice and blocking course. Panelled pilasters and impost blocks to
arches.
