House. Mid Victorian. Used for many years as a Jobmasters premises. Stucco, 2 storeys
high plus basement. Projecting wings each 3 windows wide flanking a recessed portion
having round-headed central carriage entrance with segmental pediment on Corinthian
columns and 2 windows over. Stucco channelled on ground floor, balustraded parapet
roof. First floor windows have architraves and individual bracketted cornices, those
to central window of each wing having additional segmental pediments. Basement areas
enclosed by richly decorated cast iron railings. Dormer window in roof of east wing.
