Dutch-gable-fronted. Four windows wide including advanced 3-storey porch to right.
Five storeys, including 2 in gable. Central chimney stack in gable. Windows mullioned
and transomed with leaded lights, and segmental relieving arches over.
Area balustrade shared with 39.
