Block of Mansion flats. Dated 1879. Flemish Renaissance style. Red brick, slate roof. Five storeys, roof storey and basement. Corner site. Nine windows wide to main facade, 5 windows wide to left hand return. Entrance to right of main elevation. Protruding brick porch with Corinthian pilasters and arched entrance. Windows mainly segmental-headed but semi-circular headed to first floor. Corner oriel to second and third floors. Dormers to roof, 3 with pediments. Sashed windows, some with timber mullions and transoms. Tall brick stacks. Some carved brickwork. Iron balconies to second floor, cast and wrought iron area railings. Listed for group value.
