Detached house, now flats. 1908. Designed by Sir T G Jackson. Brown brick,
red dressings; hipped slate roof to eaves. Queen Anne revival manner. 2 storeys
plus dormers. 5 bays. Central projecting 2-storey porch with moulded segmental
entrance; Serlian window at first floor level and segmental open pediment above.
Segmental headed windows, sashes, glazing bars. 3 pedimented dormers,
the cuter segmental, the inner triangular casements; glazing bars.
