Columbarium at City
- of London Cemetery

GV II

Columbarium, formerly catacombs. Probably William Haywood. Ragstone and
ashlar. Crescent shaped single storeyed building. Gothic. Central three bay pro-
truding arcade, centre arch richly cusped. Ashlar rib nave within. Double arched
blind arcading to either side. Solid parapet. Pointed doorway to either end.
Original openwork iron doors to centre and sides, with punched quatrefoil staircases
to ends.
