Early-mid C19 villa; 2 storeys, attic and basement, 3 windows. Stucco with incised
lines, parapet front (lost cornice). Tall slated mansard roof with 3 flat dormers.
Sash windows with glazing bars in moulded architraves. Console bracketed cornices
on ground floor. Similar treatment but pedimented also to 6-panel door, with
patterned rectangular fanlight, up 6 stone steps with cast iron ornamental handrails.
