13/24 Park Terrace
(Nos 1, 2 & 3)

GV II

Three houses. C17, extended mid-C18, with some mid-C20 alterations.
Timber-frame with brick and painted brick infill under a machine-tile
roof. Two framed bays aligned north/south, extended by two bays to
north and one to south. West front of two storeys with two plus one
plus one windows, all 3-light casements except one of two lights to right
of centre. Ground floor has a similar pattern. Entrance to No 3 between
two windows to left has a-half-glazed porch and a ledged and boarded door.
No 2, to right of window, has a moulded wooden architrave and half-glazed
door. Entrance to No 1, through a C20 half-glazed porch in right-hand
gable. Framing of C17 portion, three square panels high with straight
tension braces, raised a further square panel in C18. Included for group
value.
