GV II

House. Early to mid-C19. Brick, slate roof with decorative ridge tiles and
ridge stack at north end. Three storeys with moulded eaves cornice. Three
bays. Windows have gauged flat heads and there are two ground floor and three
first floor 12-pane sashes and three second floor 6-pane sashes. Main entrance
between bays 1 and 3 has a shallow flat canopy, an entablature, fluted pilasters
and a four-panelled door. There is a semi-circular headed archway in bay 3
with a set of C20 double doors.
