Farmhouse. Late C16. Timber-frame, painted brick infil and plain tiled
roof, hipped over the left part; C19 and C20 brick stacks and large rear
brick and rubble stack with off-sets. L-plan, gabled cross-wing projects
at left. 2 windows to main part and one in the cross-wing, all C20 case-
ments. Central plank door under a plain hood. Rear service wing and
attached rear dairy building which is also timber-framed. (RCHM, Vol II,
1932).
