Early C19. 2 storeys in painted brick with pantile roof. 2 windows, hung sashes,large glazing bars. Stone band at cills. Ground floor shop front of 3 arched
lights, plain pilasters, entablature and cornice. Later door of 6 panels with
oblong fanlight, rendered stall riser. Round-headed passage entry to right.
Included as part of a group.
Church of St Mary and Nos 26 to 36 even form a group of which No 30 is of
local interest only.
