Former Methodist Church, now bank and church rooms. 1789 on gable end ties.
Brick in English bond, pantile roof. 2 storeys, 4 first-floor windows. To
left: pair of doors, one hardboard, one half-glazed flanked by blocked
windows. To right: same arrangement with right door glazed and plate-glass
fixed window to right. Central brass plaque reads "In Memory of the brave
Newport lads who fell in the Great War 1914-18". First floor: 8-pane fixed
windows. All openings beneath segmental arches. Central clock face with
bellcote and bell above in pitch of roof. Raised gable ends, shaped
kneelers, end stacks that to left rebuilt.
