Warehouse, now flats. Late C18. Brick, timber-frame with weatherboarding,
timber eaves cornice, cast pantile roof. Rectangular plan. 3 storeys and
basement, 13 bays: loading gantry to left. Ground floor: C20 doors under
segmental heads alternating with pairs of pivoted sashes under segmental
heads: semi-circular brick arch breaks forward beneath loading gantry
enclosing 2 boarded doors to basement. Timber stair to gantry. First
floor: gantry to left rises through 2 floors: elsewhere boarded taking-in
doors alternate with pairs of pivoted sashes; segmental heads throughout.
Second floor: pivoted sashes under segmental heads throughout. Bracketed
eaves cornice. Raised coped gables.
