Dairy. Early C19. Stuccoed brick, timber eaves cornice, graduated slate roof. Eight-sided plan, with two long sides, and verandah. Chamfered plinth. Main door with six raised and fielded panels with fanlight in round-headed opening. Round-headed windows to all other sides with wooden Y-tracery and transom. Verandah supported on filleted cast-iron columns with moulded caps and bases. Single round stack placed to long side of building. Interior has a regular octagonal dairy at north end. Windows with glass painted with female figures and geometrical designs. Dairy entirely tiled with coloured glazed tiles held in place by moulded wooden fillets. White marble table and bowl.
