1 storey. Early C17 origins, later restoration and alteration. Brick with pantile
roof with 2 gabled dormers and 2 brick stacks. Stone quoins and window frames.
2 windows of 4 lights, stone mullions. Small pedimented porch with flat arch
entrance and moulded stone imposts. Keystone inscribed H H (over) 1805. Part
stone to side and with brick tumbling to gable end. Late C19 extension to right
with 2 windows.

Bessingby Hall, Hall Farmhouse and pigeoncote to Bessingby Hall form a group with
lodge to Bessingby Hall, Bessingby Hill.
