House. Mid-late C18 with later minor alterations and additions. Coursed limestone rubble with brick dressings, colour-washed. Brick stacks, concrete pantile roof. Two-room central entrance-hall plan; later continuous outshut. Two storeys, three bays; symmetrical. Six-flush-panel door (top two panels glazed) in beaded frame beneath timber lintel, flanked by four-pane sliding sashes with projecting sills beneath timber lintels.

First floor: similar sliding sashes and blind central panel. Dentilled brick eaves cornice. C19 end stacks. Interior not investigated.
