Early C19. Regency Villa style. Built of Tunbridge Wells stone quarried in
large blocks. Slate roof with moulded stone eaves cornice. 6 sashes. Canted
bay projection of 3 sashes at the east end with hipped roof. The west wing has
a stone verandah with obtusely-pointed arches.
Nos 1 to 24 (consec) form a group with Keston Lodge and Victoria Lodge.
