Includes: No.24 ST ALBAN STREET. House, with shop. Early C19. Rendered, slate roof, hipped at corner. The property returns with a principal frontage and shop front to No.24, St Alban Street. 3 storeys, 2 windows; at second floor a 16-pane and 4-pane sash, above 2 canted oriels with plain sashes, but the upper half with a vertical glazing bar. At ground floor is a full-width late C19 shop front in 3 large panes under small-paned transom lights, with pilasters and consoles to a deep fascia; this is repeated in 4 wide panes on the return. Across the corner, which is cantilevered out above, is a set-back door with transom light. The front to East Street has a scatter of windows including 2 paired sashes. To the right of the shop front is a plank door, then a further C20 door under a fanlight, on 1 step. Brick stack to the left of the St Alban Street front. INTERIOR: not inspected.
