Corner property built in 1829. 2 storeys stuccoed. 2 windows facing Little Charles
Street, 1 window facing Charles Street. Hipped slate roof with eaves cornice.
Round-headed doorcase with semi-circular fanlight. Good example of contemporary
shop front, with the door in the splayed angle of the corner with rectangular fanlight
over and curved shop window on either side complete with glazing bars.

Nos 1 and 2 form a group with No 22 Charles Street.
