Built in 1810 but appearing rather later in date. Originally called Marine Terrace.
3 storeys attics and semi-basement stuccoed. Tiled roofs half-hipped at the ends.
2 windows and 1 dormer each. Window in moulded architrave surrounds with cornices
over,supported on consoles. Glazing bars missing from the upper floors of No
24. Iron balconies on the 1st floor of Nos 23 and 24 and on the ground floor also
of No 23. Round-headed doorways with semi-circular fanlights and moulded cornices
or the same shape over. These doorways stead at the head of 10 steps with an iron
handrail on one side and a shaped cement-coated brick wall on the other terminated
on the inner sides by a pier mounted by a ball cap. No 26 has 2 cement wals
to its steps.
Nos 23 to 36 (consec) form a group.
