Late C18 to early C19. 2 storeys red brick. Roof is in 2 hips. The right
side is old tiled, the left side is slate. The right side has a parapet
with moulded eaves cornice. 2 sashes with glazing bars intact. One on the
left side is set in a recessed arch. Left side has a Mid C19 splayed bay.
Wooden doorcase has a vestigial cornice, rectangular fanliglit and 6 panelled
door. Footscraper. Basement.
Nos 40 to 48 (consec) form a group.
