House. Early C19. Built of Tunbridge Wells stone ashlar with
hipped slate roof with end cemented chimneystacks. 2 storeys,
3 windows 16-pane sashes. Central doorcase with semi circular
fanlight and 6-panelled door, approached up a flight of 4
steps with iron handrail.
