Barn. Mid C18 altered in C19 and C20. Timber-framed barn on
brick plinth clad in weatherboarding with half-hipped
peg-tiled roof. Central cart entrance. 5 bay barn aisled to
rear with staggered purlin roof and kingposts with no
ridgepiece. Jowled upright posts with curved profiles. Wall
frame has midrail and diagonal braces. Inserted C19 floors at
either end. The right hand end appears to have been used in
early C20 as a dwelling, possibly a temporary dwelling for a
pig man. Plank door to left hand side leading to integral
outshut, probably erected at some time as main body of barn
with staggered purlins. Some beaded weatherboarding. Outshut
to other side bonded and part lined with concrete (incised
like masonry with picture rail. Ceiling plastered at one
