Cottage. c.1880 by George Devey in Tudor style. An L-shaped
building in red brick with black brick diaper pattern and
timber-framed gables with plaster infill. Tiled roof with 2
tall brick chimneystacks with round-headed blank arches with
impost blocks and 1 further external brick chimneystack. 1
storey and attics, irregular fenestration. Gables on carved
bargeboards and eclectic framing. Front gable has 3 light
oriel on brackets to attic and porch below. Side gable has 3
light canted bay.
