RAMSGATE THE PLAINS OF TR 3865 SE WATERLOO (west side) 10/320 No. 79 GV II Terrace house. Circa 1818. Stock brick, part painted, with slate roof. Three storeys and basement with parapet and stack to left. Glazing bar sash on 2nd floor and 2 storey canted bay below, with French windows on 1st floor with margin light fanlights. Tented verandah with wooden rails and piers and scrolled brackets. Glazing bar sashes in moulded architraves on ground floor. Glazed door to right with semi-circular fanlight in fluted keyed surround with 3 steps with simple rails. Glazing-bar sash to basement. Shown on Collard and Hurst's 1822 map.
