Terrace house. Circa 1830. Stock brick, in part rendered, with slate roof.
Three storeys and basement with string courses and parapet with stack to
right. Glazing bar sash to second floor, and 2 storey and basement canted
bay with glazing bar sashes. Half-glazed door to left with semi-circular
fanlight and flight of 5 steps. Single glazing bar sash to basement. Part
of James Townley's redevelopments. (See Busson, Ramsgate 108-9).
