Late C17. Originally an outbuilding, now a residence. One storey and attics
red brick. Hipped tiled roof with 2 dormers facing south-west and 2 dormers
facing south-east. Two casement windows facing south-west and 2 facing south-east.
Simple doorcase. Chimneystack containing bread oven. Interior contains exposed
beams and inglenook fireplaces.
