Circa 1830 one storey building of pale brick. Pyramidal low pitched slated roof with central panelled brick stack and canted corners. Eaves soffit. All four sides recessed, the front bowed with one window. Diagonal corner projections, defined by pilasters, hold tiny round windows. Other windows small-paned sashes under gauged brick arches. Overhanging eaves rest on wood posts at sides. Six-panel door under elliptical gauged brick arch.
