House pair. Dated 1836. Stock brick with flint to side and rear
elevations and slate roof. Two storeys and attic, with parapet, stepped
down to right, flat roofed dormer to left and stacks to centre and to
end right. Two segmentally headed glazing bar sashes on each floor.
Half-glazed door to centre right with 2 moulded steps, with simple rails
and railed forecourt to right. Door of 6 panels in left return with
traceried depressed round headed fanlight and Coade keystone. Date stone
to end left inscribed: Claremont Place A 1836 R
