Built in 1866. This was formerly the Superintendant's House. Irregular shape.
2 storeys ashlar. Hipped slate roof with moulded eaves cornice. Sashes without
glazing bars. Canted bay through 2 storeys on the St Andrew's Road elevation
and the left side elevation. Elaborate moulded stringcourse. Mullioned and
transomed window on the ground floor. Simple doorcase with rectangular fanlight.
