PENENDEN HEATH ROAD 1. 5278 (North Side) Chiltern cottage TQ 75 NE 9/266 II

2. Late C18 to early C19. Originally 2 cottages. 2 storeys red brick. Half-hipped tiled roof with 2 hipped dormers. 3 large brick stacks. Modillion cornice. 2 casements with cambered lead linings on the 1st floor. The ground floor has 2 similar casements and a right side doorcase with hipped weather porch.
