2. Once called Sandling Place Farm. A C15 timber-framed and studded farmhouse consisting of a centre portion and 2 wings of which the 1st floor projects on the protruding ends of the floor joists and brackets. Curved braces on the 1st floor of the wings and supporting the eaves of the centre portion. Hipped tiled roof. Casement windows. 4-centred doorway with moulded lintel.
