A pair of houses built as one composition circa 1820. 3 storeys and basement
with area stuccoed, the ground floor rusticated. 7 windows in all. The 3
centre window bays project slightly. Cornice and parapet above the 2nd floor,
the centre of the parapet balustraded the ends panelled. Stringcourse above
the ground floor. The windows are in moulded architrave surrounds with glazing
bars intact, those on the 1st floor with cornices over, the 3 centre ones supported
on consoles. Joint portico of 6' fluted columns with leaf capitals and entablature
and 3 steps leading up to the portico. Doorways with rectangular fanlights
and doors of 8 fielded panels. The front garden is enclosed by a low stuccoed
balustraded wall.
