House and cottages, now restaurant. C18 with later additions and alterations.
Rendered rubble on plinth; top storey, with eaves-band, probably added.
Graduated slate roofs with stone copings and kneelers; cast-iron gutter and
rendered end chimneys to no. 59. No. 59 symmetrical, 3 storeys, 5 bays.
Central C19 Tudor porch has angle buttresses; 4-centred head to chamfered door
surround. Corniced, mullioned and transomed, 3-light window to either side;
mullioned and transomed 2-light windows to each floor above. Wing adjoining
north end originally 2 cottages, each 2 low storeys, 2 bays, with sash in stone
surround to each floor on right of door; left-hand door now (1984) has C20
plastic canopy above.
