LOWER HOLKER WINDER LANE SD 37 SE (west side) Flookburgh 7/172 Raven Winder Farmhouse 25.3.70 (formerly listed as Raven Windsor on Winder Moor) II Farmhouse. Datestone reads: "E J/1746", but probably C17 with C18 alterations and right-hand bay; C19 rear wing. Roughcast stone with slate roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays, originally centrally entrance plan. Ground floor has triple-sashed window with glazing bars to 1st bay; similar small-paned casement window to 3rd bay. 1st floor has paired-sashed windows with glazing bars. Entrance has architrave and datestone to lintel. 4-panel door, entrance to end bay. Gable-end stack and cross-axial stack, both with round shafts. Rear has 2 storey projecting gabled bay, with lower larger gabled wing to left, and outshut undercatslide roof to left of the latter. Interior has round-headed cupboard with fielded-panel doors; inside has painted and gilded fluted flat pilasters to niche with shaped shelves and painted shell in vault.
