Mill, now house. C18 or early C19. Stone rubble, most roughcast. 2 storeys,
11 bays, 2 bays to west are of one storey and higher. South elevation has
windows with C20 casements, the 1st 2 bays with fixed glazing. End 3 bays have
ground floor raised over basement. Adjacent wall and round piers are remains of
coppice barn. 2 entrances. Small gable-end stack. North elevation has exposed
stone and C20 lateral stack. West gable end has signs of gable over projecting
end of line shafting; entrance with gabled slate hood and inserted garage
entrance. Interior retains wheel pit, spiral stair and line shafting with
wheels.
