House. Date plaque in 1st floor room reads "IB/1679". Roughcast stone with
slate roof; stone rubble outhouse to right gable end. 2 storeys, 2 bays. 1st
bay of ground floor has small-paned fixed glazing with opening pane; 2nd bay has
casement with timber lintel and drip course. 1st floor windows have small-paned
fixed glazing with pivoted upper half. Entrance has slate gabled hood and
wide-boarded door. Gable-end stack. Outhouse has gable-end stack and large
entrance. Left return has 2 C20 1st floor windows. Rear has small lean-to
outshut with entrance and 4-light wooden chamfered mullioned window to right.
3 windows to 1st floor have casements, 2 with timber lintels. Interior has some
plank and mullion partitions and stud and plaster 1st floor partitions. Loft
has collar and tie beam trusses with lath partitioning and doorways.
