Formerly row of 2 houses, now one house. C17 lower house with
early C18 adjoining. Coursed rubble limestone; stone and
artificial stone chimneys; plain tile roof. Single-storey with
attic; lean-to at lower end. Irregular fenestration to front:
one 2-light chamfered mullioned window without hoodmould; doorway
with timber lintel and C20 glazed door; otherwise C20 metal
windows with timber lintels; one roof dormer to lower house with
stone ball finial; 2 roof dormers to upper house. At lower end:
2-light chamfered mullioned window without hoodmould to attic;
stone sundial over with metal gnomon; ball finial above.
Scattered fenestration at back: all C20 metal windows with timber
lintels. Included for group value.
