Large detached dwelling. C18 and C19. Rubble or squared rubble street front,
rendered and ashlared garden front, stone slate roof. L-shaped block with projecting
semi-circular unit to garden front; two small Cotswold gables to street. Garden front
two storeys plus dormers, three windowed : two-light casements to dormers, otherwise,
sashes under segmental heads, no glazing bars. Projecting unit includes one arched
sash with radial bars, and panelled door. Street facade two windowed three storeys
gabled end plus two storeys, two windowed unit, including one blocked opening; this
elevation mostly late Victorian.
