Early C19. 3 storeys and basement now pebbledashed. Parapet with moulded eaves
cornice. 2 sashes with glazing bars intact. Cast iron flower guards to 2nd floor,
balconettes to 1st floor. Round-headed sash to ground floor and right side round-
headed doorcase with keystone, decorated fanlight and steps to street. Cast iron
spear railings to area.
Nos 42 to 45 (consec) and the Terrace Tavern form a group.
