House. Mid C17, altered in C18 and C19. Timber frame with pargetted
rendering. Rebuilt to rear in red and yellow stock brick, some
weatherboarding. Tiled roof. 2 cells. 1 storey and attic. Gable end to
road. Ground floor blocked entrance, 15 pane fixed window to left,
smaller 20 pane sash to right, 16 pane sash in attic, all flush frames.
Exposed plates and purlins. Left return has a 4 panelled architraved
door with brick towards rear in which is an early C18 recessed 12 pane
sash and a smaller 9 pane sash, gabled dormer. Inserted stack on left
pitch. Right return has a stock brick external stack towards front with
ground floor weatherboarding, casement windows in stock brick towards
rear. Rear gable end external stack. Pantiled outshut to rear. Interior:
some exposed framing, curved windbraces.
