House. Early C18, or earlier, W wing added in C19 as Schoolroom.
Probably timberframed under the roughcast. Smooth plaster
plinth. Old red tile roofs. A compact 2-storeys, cellar and
attic house facing N. Symmetrical 3-windows front with lower 2-
storeys W wing on right with one ground floor window. Boxed sash
windows, slightly recessed, with 6/6 panes. Early C19 4-panel
central door in doorcase with fanlight and flat moulded hood on
shaped brackets. Brick gable parapets and projecting former W
gable chimney on main house. Large red brick corner chimney at
rear SE corner of house. On W end a hollow-chamfered 2-light
Gothic window to upper floor. Sometime a school.
