Semi-detached house. Mid C18. Brick front on rubble stone with
random coursed deep rubble plinth and chamfered alternating quoins,
stone slate roof with rendered end stack to left. Single ranqe
with rear catslide roof, 2 storeys. Three windows, 4-pane sashes
with splayed brick voussoirs in shallow reveals. Ground floor has
2 windows with splayed brick voussoirs narrower than the openings
which have surface sash boxes and later C19 twelve-pane sashes.
All stone sills. Central recessed door up step with 2 long
vertical panels, splayed brick voussoirs and flat wooden hood on
scrolled brackets, with moulded edge.
