Detached house. Late C18/early C19. Small coursed squared and
dressed limestone ashlar porch, limestone slate roof, ashlar
stacks. Rectangular plan with very large projecting stack from
left gable end. Extension onto rear left corner. Symmetrical
facade. 2 storeys. 3-windowed: 12-pane sashes to first floor. 4-
pane sashes to ground floor. All windows with horns. Entrance to
porch flanked by engaged pilasters with mouldings at top continued
around front and sides of porch. Red and black tile floor within.
Part glazed C19 door in round-headed surround within. 2 parallel
ridges to roof with gable end stacks.
Interior: bread oven in situ in single storey extension rear left.
